The proposed business will be located inside the town proper of Mulanay along
the Barangay Butanyog, Mulanay, Quezon. The proponent will use the vacant house of his parent at the back of his uncle house.
The allocated spaces for the business have an area of 150 sq. meters that can be use during the production.
The location was chosen because
because first of all there is no rent, because it’s the proponent property, even though it’s not the center of
town, there’s no problem because the problem because the proponent will distribute the product to the proposed target
market. There’s also sufficient supply of water and electricity which is so good for the production process.
